Pelican is build on a strong back bone. These
is build flat on a floor. After the bulkheads are set up and these backbone is
slotted in, the basic hull shape is fixed. This means nothing can change the
basic hull shape any more. This will give the DIY boat builder the confidence to
end up with two equal hulls
